Options of morning and evening classes held at Whitney’s 12Round Fitness. Free parking, and just steps from Gateway Skytrain Stn. Bring a towel, water, and good shoes!!

Class times:
M/W/F: 6-7 am
Tu/Thur: 7-8 pm
Saturday: 9:30-10:30 am

Location: within Whitney’s 12Round Fitness – 10763 City Parkway, Surrey.

Prices: 10 class punch cards $50, drop-in classes $8, or a month pass for all classes for just just $75.

Payment by cash or e-transfer.


 

HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ACCOUNTABILITY GROUP PROGRAMS

 You are ready to start making healthy changes in your life!!  That decision is the biggest one, but then comes the struggle to know where to start, or where to get the ACCOUNTABILITY TO KEEP GOING.

I totally get it, and I’ve been there… over and over!! I struggled to balance a busy life with work, and school, and family responsibilities.  My health was always at the bottom of that list, and gradually my weight climbed until I was a size 24, and I had a long list of health problems, from little things like struggling with stiffness, to bigger issues like high blood pressure.  I wasn’t happy with myself, inside or out, but I didn’t know how to get out of the cycle.

I would get motivated, and I would go hard, join a new fitness program and full tilt, and then life would get busy, and I would find an excuse to skip a day, and then a couple days.. and then I was starting over again a few months later.  Same thing happened when I tried all the big-box diet programs.  I would lose the weight, and then go back to eating the way I used to, and find myself right back where I started.  Frustrating right? 

Finally, I managed to turn my health around!! I’ve lost the weight and kept it off.  I’ve gone from taking the elevator to competing in a powerlifting competition.  No fads, tricks, or fancy supplements.

Along the way to regaining my health, I discovered many people were struggling the same way as me.  So, I’ve taken my experiences, and what I have learned on my journey, and used it to build the FLAG programs.  These programs have been developed to GIVE YOU your own support network, motivation, accountability, and teach you how to build healthy habits into your lifestyle so they stick and you can make LASTING CHANGE TO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.  There is no eating plan, or fitness plan that you have to follow, rather the program helps you BUILD A LIFESTYLE THAT WORKS FOR YOU!!

The list below is my most popular packages.  All lifestyle and accountability programs can be tailored to meet your needs. All FLAG programs are completed online, and you can join from anywhere.  I work in partnership with Whitney’s 12Round Fitness in Surrey and all members of any 12Round fitness program receive a package discount (valid for in-person, or online training programs).

Exclusive Members-Only Facebook Group

  • Group posts, tips/articles/motivation. Support network of other members to share ideas, accountability, and success strategies.
  • Participation in Facebook group activities with regular activities, and accountability
  • Theme/Topic each week
  • Open discussion encouraged (Challenges/successes/questions)
  • Short weekly tasks
  • Goal setting for nutrition and activity

$90  ($60 for Boot Camp monthly pass holders or Whitney’s 12Round members)


PACKAGE 2 – Accountability Action Package – 8 Week Program

  • Participation in Facebook group activities with regular activities, and accountability
  • Team work will be encouraged, with some participation involving group interaction with a focus on developing accountability/motivation within the group with support from me.

  • Open discussion encouraged (Challenges/successes/questions)
  • Tasks/assignment and some with feedback from me or follow up through the Facebook group
  • Goal setting for nutrition and activity
  • Weekly review of food journal
  • Once/week email support/follow up
  • Weekly transformation boot camp workout at Whitney’s 12Round Fitness[1].  

Bi-Weekly

  • Review and feedback on goals

 $275  ($150 for Boot Camp monthly pass holders or Whitney’s 12Round members)

PACKAGE 3 –Healthy Lifestyle Builder Package – 8 Week Program

Premium Features

  • Initial Assessment Meeting to assess goals, identify readiness for change and assistance with goal setting
  • Weekly ½ hour phone consultations to discuss goals, challenges, strategies.
  • Shopping consultations to help with label reading, substitutions, nutritional solutions etc.

Exclusive Members-Only Facebook Group

  • Group posts, tips/articles/motivation. Support network of other members to share ideas, accountability, and success strategies.
  • Participation in Facebook group activities with regular activities, and accountability
  • Team work will be encouraged, with some participation involving group interaction with a focus on developing accountability/motivation within the group with support from me.
